Computers suck.
If I had a quarter for every time I nearly lost my sanity dealing with a computer, I'd have about two dollars. They suck. It's gotten to the point where I've hit the PC so much that I have to hit it for it to work. I think it has Stockholm's Syndrome. It's fallen in love with getting beaten by its captor.
Computers are so convenient and useful, but sometimes, I want to physically harm my laptop. I want to make it feel pain when it wont do as I command. Computers are probably a big factor in workplace violence.
ReplyDeleteTechnology in general sucks. My computer likes to try to set new records on the slowest loading times. Also there are some days where it likes to just turn off like it just had enough. Also, last weekend my playstation 3 just randomly stopped working. When we looked on the internet for ways to fix it, everything said that some internal part died and we had to send it in to get fixed and wait a month for it. All they're going to do is just swap out the playsation anyway, I don't see why i have to wait a month for that. So yes, i agree technology is great when it works, but god awful when it doesn't.
